Products
Items marked with “Backorder available” have extra manufacturing times of between 5 and 10 days. This applies to New Collection and certain sizes from other collections that are not available in stock but are in production.
Shipping:
National
All of our shipments are made through a courier, with a delivery time of within 5 to 7 working days from the confirmation of the order through our online store.
(Delivery times to the Canary Islands take 8 to 10 working days).
Except for products marked as “Backorder available” that have extra manufacturing times of between 5 and 10 days.
International
All our shipments outside of Spain and within Europe are made through courier, with a delivery time of between 9 to 12 working days from the order confirmation from our online store.
Shipments to European territory have a variable cost depending on the country and dimensions of the garment.
We accept orders from any European country, America, Asia, the Arab countries and Australia. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the destination country of the package. The price will be quoted depending on the customs costs of each country.
* In periods of high demand such as Sales, Christmas period and Special Promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
** During August the delivery can be extended up to 5 more working days.
Payment
Pay for your order with a credit card through Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Return Policy:
The return process must be made within 7 calendar days counting from the receipt of the package, that is, once you receive the package, you have 7 calendar days to return it to our facilities. We accept returns solely for manufacturing defect reasons. In all cases, the customer must pay the shipping costs generated by this process.
The return is subject to the product having been tested and to the product being returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging. It is recommended to try the garments without make-up, creams and other products that may stain or damage the garments. In the event of receiving the garment with such stains or derivatives of use, the return will be rejected.
Here are the steps to follow to make a return:
1- Send and email to ivanna@ivannamestres.com, informing that you want to make a change/return with the corresponding order number.
2- Send the products to be returned in their original packaging to the following address: Ivanna Mestres / Can Pep d’en Jauma Curt / Sant Rafel (IBIZA- ILLES BALEARS)
When we receive your package, we will check the conditions of the garment and proceed to the return of the garment by means of a voucher for future purchases with an expiration of 30 days.
* Returns will not be accepted after the deadline.
* Returns of used, stained or unlabeled products will not be accepted.
* Returns will not be accepted without their original packaging.
We recommend that the package be sent by a certified system so that you know at all times where it is and avoid losing it.
